A group of young men on a stage presenting at a tech competition called '5G Student Battle' during a hackathon weekend. The stage is decorated with banners and a digital timer counting down from about 2 minutes. The audience, many wearing 'Team Coach' shirts, watches attentively in a conference room with colorful lighting.

My path into game development started early, sitting beside my brother as he played World of Warcraft.

While he explored the world, I farmed resources and learned how systems and collaboration came together to create something larger than a single player.

I didn’t have the vocabulary for it then, but I already knew I wanted to be part of making worlds like that possible.

Growing up in Bulgaria, access to the latest technology was limited, but curiosity wasn’t.

I explored strategy games and early online communities, often sketching game ideas and systems in school notebooks.

That instinct to organize ideas and imagine how experiences could evolve eventually led me to production.

I later moved to the Netherlands to study Creative Media & Game Technologies, where I discovered my strength at the intersection of creativity and coordination.

I am not the person who wants to build every feature myself, I am the one who ensures the right people, priorities and plans are in place so teams can deliver them.

I am great at sprint planning, milestone tracking, stakeholder alignment and helping teams maintain momentum through chaos.

Since then, I have produced cross discipline client projects, including a therapeutic VR experience developed with healthcare company VRelax.

I also co-founded a small indie team, where we are building our first original game from the ground up. Working without external funding has improved my resourcefulness, prioritization and ownership as a producer.

I am motivated by enabling others to do their best work and by turning creative ambition into finished, real experiences.

Games opened the world to me early in life and I now aim to help teams bring new worlds to players with clarity and structure.

It began with my brother’s World of Warcraft account…
